History
Corporal Briggs was a war hero with a Congressional Medal of Honor for his service in Afghanistan. He was also awarded multiple commendations including two Silver Stars during his tour in Iraq.
Despite having claustrophobia, he successfully completed training as a Sentinel pilot. He was part of the team stationed outside the Xavier Institute. Briggs did not get along especially well with mutants, but followed orders.
Briggs was killed by Vulcan (Gabriel Summers) while attempting to help the X-Men.

Briggs normally operated the Stealth Sentinel. He was also trained to use the Torch Sentinel.
