Synopsis for "Secret Invasion: Part Three"
When Ms. Marvel demanded that the Skrull stop looking like William, the alien revealed her true form and that they gave William to A.I.M., who transported him on a truck out of Orlando. Ms. Marvel, Sum, Machine Man, and Sleepwalker believed that they had found the truck only to learn that it was a hologram.
Ms. Marvel returned to the Minicarrier and confronted the female Skrull, who declared that Earth belonged to her kind and not humans. When Ms. Marvel asked her what Skrulls were doing with A.I.M., the latter's eyes glowed before the Minicarrier exploded. As many agents from the Minicarrier and civilians on the ground were injured and killed, Rick Sheridan was dying.
The next night, Wonder Man told Ms. Marvel that he helped whoever was left of Lightning Storm, including Rick. Ms. Marvel revealed to Wonder Man how she had been assigned various responsibilities despite doubting her own abilities. Wonder Man praised her and refused to believe the things she was saying about herself before the two kissed. The next morning, both heroes were alerted to a Skrull ship having been identified entering Earth's atmosphere.
Solicit Synopsis
- There is a Skrull in Lightning Storm's midst. There is a secret truth to the life of Ms. Marvel's lover, William Wagner. And something happens between Ms. Marvel and Wonder Man that can never be undone.
