HistoryEdit

Father Michael Bowen was the uncle of Dagger, Tandy Bowen.
He established a self-help relief agency for boat people and helped Xi'an Coy Manh rent an apartment, secure an employment and prepare her two little brothers Leong and Nga to enter school. When the children were kidnapped by uncle Ngyuen, he sheltered Xi'an in his church, until she was found by Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four^[1].
