Does anyone have a proble with me putting a taking place before, after, or concurently with anther issue? I do it to give the isses place in comic timeline. I hope nobody has a problem with that.

  I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean, like an editor's note that sometimes appears in comics? i.e. "The events in this comic take place before Issue #Xxx of Amazing Whatever"

  I think it would be fine to put them in the comic page if they actually appeared in the comic itself. Otherwise, you are just speculating.
