For Cornelia and Burunda - it's just more simple names. Just as France is officially called the French Republic, or Russia called the Russian Federation, but the pages are France and Russia. The same with these countries.
For Immanu - I left the reference for his real name on the page.
i want to know something more , about storm , can you help me ? first : did storm a sorcerer supreme of the erath ? second : did storm wins thor, ? third : storm did wins the invisible woman ? forth: jean did wins storm ? and storm weather control it's more than that of Thor ?
thanks, if you have give me a picture please about storm , thanks so much !
Yes, the cover is incorrect, but it will be simpler to use the "Upload a newer version of this file" link and fix it later, rather than delete it and reupload it. We should have the correct cover online soon.
I will admit, it has been a hard textless cover to find. It is some fill in artist and I can't find much of his work up anywhere.I may just tweak the regular cover a bit and upload it as the textless so it isn't as confusing.
Hi, noticed you were helping with the reality merge. I'm moving the characters currently from 194111, so are you going to continue with galleries and the episode pages? Notdoppler 17:46, January 23, 2012 (UTC)
In fact, you better stop with the creation of new pages to replace the old. Instead, use move template {{subst:Move|New Page Name}} on old pages, then the page and all her sub-pages (Appearances, Images, Gallery, Quotes, etc.)) would be moved by admins. What you are doing now just creates a lot of dead links.
Oh, thanks for that. I just thought you had to create a new page for a move as the "move page" option isn't available on this wiki like it is on others.
When the page would be moved, on old page would be created redirect to a new, so all links to old page would automatically lead to a new one. So you don't need to change the links.
How long would the admins normally take to move pages in the move category? I have a feeling this could be ignored and be left in a mess for days...
and I sort of blame myself for that lol...
I know I would be acting a bit impatient but it's because the 90s shows are my area of interest and I have been/seek to improve/finish off the pages.
Sometimes the page is moved in the same day, sometimes within a few days. Administrators are not on site all day, so it may take a while, but eventually pages would be moved. So don't worry.
Since Homo Superior is intended to cover human mutants, should we really be adding aliens to it? And are we sure Scarlet Witch's spell affected non-human mutants, since it seems every non-human mutant still has their mutation intact?
We have atlanteans and half-atlanteans in this list (Crosta, Namor, Namora, Namorita), but they also not a homo superior, they are from another species, but still mutants. So if we have representatives of one race, then why not others?
James Marks was depowered, he is half-Dire Wraith.
Well, with Namor, Namora, Namorita, and James Marks, they're at last half-human (well, Namorita's the clone of a half-human, half-Atlantean mutant). There's some mutated Homo sapiens DNA in there. Crosta I'll agree is an odd fit there, though, and would actually say he shouldn't be grouped with the humans or hybrids.
But Crosta is a mutant, and this is the list of all living mutants, so he should be here, as well as all other characters that I added. They all are mutants of their race. And since we don't have page like "non-human mutants" this is the best place for them.
Then not only do we need to change the pagename, but much of the presented history, as Skrull mutants have a very different history from human mutants, not to mention the Fomalhauti mutants like Sporr, the Axi-Tun mutants, and the various other known species with mutants.
Or we could list them all under a separate heading on that page as "known extraterrestrial mutants active on Earth" and contain the histories to the various species' pages.
And while we're on the subject: Were any alien mutants confirmed as depowered by the Scarlet Witch's spell? Because if not, then we could conceivably list every mutant we've ever seen who we know to be alive there that wasn't human, including Cadre K.
Actually, I don't know anything about these characters, so I can't say should we add information about them or not. However, I looked through their pages, and they don't appear in the comics for more than ten years, so it's hard to judge whether they are still mutants or even alive.
I'm already listed all the alien-mutants that I know under a separate heading: [[1]], but then I decided to add them to the main list, because we already have a few aliens there.
I don't know any depowered alien-mutants. Only half-alien, which I mentioned.
Which really means all non-human mutants not confirmed as deceased could be added to that list (always assume they're alive until information is presented to say otherwise). And, again, if the page is for human mutants specifically (based on the page's name and the stated history of the species), then intermingling them is potentially confusing to readers and definitely inaccurate. Hybrids would be an exception because their mutant status likely comes from the human genes in their DNA (though a separate section for them wouldn't be all bad).
I don't think we should do it, since we don't know anything about these characters. Alive or dead, powered or depowered - we just don't know, so it would be incorrect to add them to the list. Of course we can mention them on the page, something like "Possibly powered mutants", but it may create more problems.
Could always put the non-humans in a separate section alongside a note stating that the status of non-human mutants following the Scarlet Witch's spell is unknown, but the following individuals are known to have been unaffected.
