History

Maynard Tiboldt inherited the Nullatron his father, the original Ringmaster, and used it to build a controlling circle which he connected to his hat. This he used to control crowds at the circus in order to rob them. He usually traveled with his Circus of Crime. He was defeated by the Hulk[1], Daredevil and Spider-Man[2]

With his Circus of Crime he encountered Generation X.[3]

Skilled with electronics, mostly self-taught. Trained in various acrobatic and athletic skills, but not a master of any discipline. He has rudimentary knowledge of hand-to-hand combat.
