HistoryEdit

Maxwell Shiffman was a television producer who saw |Spider-Man's first exhibition fight against Crusher Hogan and offered to break him into television ^[1]. He became Spider-Man's show business agent for Spider-Man before J.J.Jameson's anti-Spider-Man campaign forced him to drop Spider-man's contract^[2]. He was later duped into assisting Mysterio by an illusion of his widow returned to life.
