Magneto kidnapped several prison wardens and held them prisoner on an island in an attempt to get them to free the various member of his Brotherhood Of Evil Mutants. After fending off the Spider-Friends, they managed to shut off his power source before exemplifying his powers and causing huge amounts of metal to thrust towards him, knocking him out cold.
