HistoryEdit

The Man-Beast was originally a wolf which was genetically modified by the High Evolutionary. The wolf suddenly had Human intelligence and form, as well as super-human powers. He was one of the New Men of the Evolutionary, animals who had been artificially evolved.
The Man-Beast, wanting to take over the world and repopulate it with a breed of New Men under his control, decided to use a machine to psyonically induce hate in the people of the world. To that end, he also took on the name of Hate-Monger, which had been previously used by a different person.
Spider-Man fought the Man-Beast and his hate machine exploded. Apparently, the Man-Beast died in the explosion, although this is unclear.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit

Powers

The Man-Beast is the ultimate end of evolution^[1] possessing the combined powers of a wolf and a human will have a million years into the future. He can sense life forms in another room than the one he is currently in. He has the ability to destroy the time sense of another being leaving them eternally unable to move, possesses a field of mental repulsion that can block the hammer throw of Thor. He can erect impenetrable psychic barriers, shoot out an elemental Mind Blast to disable another being, create an unseen anti-matter barrier which no positive atoms can penetrate and transpose the molecules of a wall and walk through it.

He also showed an ability to induce brute hate in humans, probably using pheromones.

The Man-Beast showed enough skill to design psionic devices.

Genius Intellect: The Man-Beast possesses the knowledge of science which will not be discovered fro fifty thousand years.^[1]

Master Combatant: The Man-Beast possesses the knowledge of every form of combat a million years in advance of the current timeline.^[1]

Equipment

The Man-Beast had a mechanical device which increased his own natural hate-causing powers. The Man-Beast had claws and sharp teeth which he used while fighting.
