History

This luxurious ship is a gambling palace, which is connected to another ship hidden beneath it, to serve as a speedy, sea-going headquarters for the Big M. Iron Man was brought here by his cousin Morgan Stark and confronted Whiplash^[1].
Locked into a room and injured by Whiplash's whip, Iron Man decided to buy himself some time by using his hologram projector to confuse his enemy with duplicate images of the golden avenger, but, when the batteries finally ran out on his holographic projector, with the true Iron Man revealed, Big M ordered Whiplash to finish Iron Man off once and for all^[2].
As the casino ship was bombed by the A.I.M. Sub, Big M, Whiplash and the Maggia thugs fled the casino ship and Iron Man was trapped to a magnetic table in a room slowly filling with water^[3].
As the ship was boarded by A.I.M. agents, Big M and Whiplash tried to seal themselves into a hidden compartment, but when another explosion damaged the ship beyond saving, Whiplash emerged and was preparing to kill Jasper Sitwell, who was saved by Iron Man, free from imprisonment^[4].
Before the ship sank, Sitwell was rescued by Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Dum-Dum Dugan and Gabe Jones^[5].
