J. Jonah Jameson put Mac Gargan through an experiment that transformed him into a deranged scorpion!

Revenge John Jonah Jameson[]

Determined to take revenge on Jonah, Gargan gets the guards out of the way and scares the editorial staff Daily Bugle out of his way. While Gargan reaches Triple "J" office, Jonah calls Parker and asks him to call for help. Peter puts on his mask and goes to the Bugle.

Scorpion tried to catch Jonah and kill him, but Spider-Man arrived in time to stop MacDonald, helping Jonah escape. After destroying all the furniture in Jonah's two rooms, Webhead finishes off Scorpion, and he is quickly sent to prison, while the pursuit of the Spider begins.

After Gargan's suit was rendered harmless, he was put in a cell, where after a while he was joined by: Rhino and Mysterio, who worked for Doctor Octopus. Otto was sent to the same cell with the rest of his colleagues, whom he hired, and beat his head against the cage in despair, I understand his defeat, while Scorpion began to play poker with the others, he decided to ask how they lost by cooperating in a place.

Sinister Six[]

Judging by all the inspiration of Octavius, after some time they arrange an escape without taking the Rhino with them, but are released from the other cells of the Sandman, and recruit the Vulture and Kraven the Hunter into their redactions. Thus, collecting the Sinister Six.

Otto gives the three recruits a speech about uniting against a common enemy, describing a plan to wear down Spider-Man before fighting Octavius himself.

Gargan and Baker are sent after Octopus's former student, Peter Parker, who takes pictures at the Daily Bugle, having come to the Parkers' house, Scorpion and Sandman find Aunt May Parker's left and decide to capture her, Scorpion captures Miss Parker in a potato sack, and the Sinister Duo leaves to the old woman's nephew a letter with a message for Spider-Man.

After fighting the Vulture, Toomes flies off and gives the spider the location of the Scorpion in Madison Square Garden. Spider begins a fight with Gargan on the basketball field. The spider overpowers MacDonald, who lies to the wall climber about an old woman in the park, thereby luring Arachnid into Kraven trap. The spider wrapped Mac in a cobweb, and Scorpion became the only member of the Sinister Six to return to prison.
