HistoryEdit

Lucas Bishop remembers little of his past. During the early days of his career, Bishop was critically injured chasing down a mutant criminal named Fitzroy escaping into Hell's Kitchen. Bishop killed Fitzroy in an intense showdown, but sustained a severe head injury. In a coma for close to three weeks, Bishop finally recovered but awoke with severe memory loss.

After months of rehab, Bishop returned to his rightful place on the mutant-filled New York Police Force. While he has been an exemplary officer since his return, his superiors have noticed his obsession with researching his past. Oddly enough, Bishop's recordsare missing, and with no known family in the area, it seems possible Bishop may never discover where he truly came from.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit

Powers

Bishop is a mutant with the power to absorb energy, either ambient energy or that directed towards him, and to project that energy from his body in the form of concussive blasts. Bishop can also store absorbed energy within his personal reserves, whereupon the energy increases his strength and recuperative abilities, as well as affording him a measure of invulnerability.
