History

Little is detailed about Lisa’s life before the zombie plague arrived on Earth-2149, however she seems to have been on Asteroid M when zombie contagion infected Sentry crashed on Earth.

When the Acolytes, go to Earth in order to find Magneto she stays on Asteroid M, this could be because she has no super-powers. Finally, the Acolytes return without Magneto, but with Black Panther, and the infected head of Wasp.

She is immediately attracted to T’Challa as they are introduced, and five years later when they return to Earth, she and the Black Panther have a child, T'Channa.

It is presumably after this that she stumbles in on T’Challa in communication with what appears to be another Black Panther.


40 Years Later

Hendricks rules over New Wakanda with her husband King T'Challa. As age catches up with them, the new generation of Acolytes desire new leadership and so send an assassin to kill the King in his sleep.

Grandma Hendricks

She wakes to T'Challa's shouts as he is stabbed in the stomach by the assassin. Just then, the rehabilitated Wasp burst into the room and throws the intruder against the wall.

Recognising that T'Challa is dying, Wasp realises the only way to save him is to infect him, and so bites the King of New Wakanda. As the hunger begins to take her over again, she tries to attack Lisa, but she is stopped by the Queen's slowly turning husband.

After the two zombies consume the assassin, they quarantine themselves to lose the hunger again.

Could Lisa be an equivalent/relative of Hendricks from First Strike?
