History

Leila is the wife of the Ringer. Her husband was killed by Scourge. She acted as a getaway driver for the Sinister Syndicate and became romantically involved with Boomerang. Using some of her husband's old equipment, She sought to avenge her husband by attacking both Beetle and Spider-Man.

Leila joined the Lethal Foes of Spider-Man as Hardshell.

Ringer was later brought back as the cyborg Strikeback, but soon died from complications.

Her small connection to Jenkins caused the Redeemers to recruit her. She was given a version of the Beetle armor that the V-Battalion had retained while Jenkins was imprisoned. She was crushed by Graviton.
