History

Krogg was an alien who came from a far distant star and, disguised as an old scientist, miniaturized several unsold houses in Greenbirch to demand a ransom, which he would have used to bribe ruthless Earthmen to work for him, to help him plunder the Earth. He was eventually unnmasked and defeated by Dr. Droom.
