HistoryEdit

Joaquin Pennysworth is a former agent of S.H.I.E.L.D who has some unfortunate history with Kyle Richmond, the original Nighthawk (Joaquin's tather J.C Pennysworth was a former employee of Richmond's who tried to embezzle funds from him and was the leader of the terrorist group called the Sons of the Serpent). Despite this, Joaquin agreed to succeed Richmond as Nighthawk when Richmond was forced to give up the role. He is a member of the Defenders.
