Jennifer was shot by mobsters while being visited by her cousin, Bruce Banner, AKA the Incredible Hulk . A blood transfusion from Banner was necessary to save her life, a side effect of the gamma-irradiated blood was that she became She-Hulk.

Little was detailed about She-Hulk’s life before the zombie plague arrived on Earth-2149, however it can be presumed that it followed much the same path as her Earth-616 counterpart.

When Jennifer responded to an “Avengers Assemble” call she arrived at Avengers Mansion only to find the Avengers zombified. She was turned by them, and shortly afterwards she and Hawkeye were munching on MODOK.

Further driven by hunger, she used her knowledge of the Baxter Building access codes to find, and kill Franklin Richards and his sister Valeria. On the Fantastic Four’s return they found Sue and Reed’s children dead. Furious, Sue blew She-Hulk’s head up with a force field.
