HistoryEdit

A novelist whose technical writings greatly resembled armor designs developed by Tony Stark. These designs were taken and modified by Techno-Killer and used to attack Stark Industries. Stark, as Iron Man, hunted down Spencer and asked him about the designs, only to be attacked by Techno-Killer at Spencer's residence. After defeating Techno-Killer, Stark discovered that Spencer had no knowledge of his armor, and that the similarities were just coincidence.
