The latest Jack O'Lantern was caught by the cops but freed by Norman Osborn who recruited him in his army. He is the brother of one of the previous Jack O'Lanterns, but which one exactly is at this point unknown.

He's presumably dead, when the new Jack O'Lantern said to Venom that he killed every person who used the mantle of Jack O'Lantern.
