The Incredible Hulk is one of the strongest characters in the Marvel Universe, one of the great Silver Age creations of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. He is the impulsive and emotional alter-ego of Bruce Banner, a more reserved but super-intelligent scientist exposed to gamma radiation, who now grows more powerful as his rage increases. Hulk has been considered a monster by the general public and is often hunted down by various authority figures, despite maintaining a high-profile super-hero identity.
