History
Little is detailed about Baron Zemo's life before the zombie plague arrived on Earth-2149, however it can be presumed that it followed much the same path as his Earth-616 counterpart.
At some point Helmut changed from his Citizen V mask to that of Baron Zemo and was about to consider revealing his greatest deception in his room, but the zombified members of his team Thunderbolts came to him and infected him with a zombie virus.
Baron Zemo and his team of Thunderbolts are seen attacking Thor, who is aided shortly thereafter by Nova. Zemo shows up prior to Nova's arrival as Thor destroys Zemo's teammate Meteorite by smashing her head completely. Zemo, shocked, proclaims loudly "Meteorite!".[1]Attributes
