HistoryEdit

Helio is a minion of the Inhuman/Deviant hybrid known as Maelstrom. As such, it is unknown whether Helio is a human or a deviant, but it is known that he gained his powers from Maelstrom, possibly through exposure to Terrigene Mist. Maelstrom has an unknown number of clones of Helio. When he is unsuccessful, Maelstrom kills the current Helio, and a clone is released with all of his previous clone's memories, including those of his deaths.

Helio is surrounded by anti-gravitons, making him lighter than air. He can fly at supersonic speeds and create turbulent winds.
