History
Helio is a minion of the Inhuman/Deviant hybrid known as Maelstrom. As such, it is unknown whether Helio is a human or a deviant, but it is known that he gained his powers from Maelstrom, possibly through exposure to Terrigene Mist. Maelstrom keeps an unknown number of clones of Helio. When he is unsuccessful, Maelstrom kills Helio, and a clone is released with all of his previous clone's memories, including his death.

Helio is surrounded by anti-gravitons, making him lighter than air. He can fly at supersonic speeds and create turbullent winds.
