Still, we will do this by the numbers. Drop-Captains, be ruthless but not needlessly cruel. Destruction for destruction's sake is pointless and distasteful, but make these people understand this isn't their world... it's ours.
- —Commander H'kurrek[src]
History
Commander H'kurrek was in charge of attacking and overtaking the city of San Francisco. Due to bad intel, he was unaware the X-Men had moved to the city, and was caught unprepared when attempting to take over. Ultimately, Hkurrek tried to round up a few thousand civilians in specific buildings and hold them hostage until the X-Men surrendered. However, the Legacy Virus was adapted for use against the Skrulls, and H'kurrek ordered a self-destruct of his entire infected fleet, killing them all rather than taking the virus back to the rest of the Skrull Invasion force.[1]
