History
This Green Goblin was nothing more than some sort of human construct created by Norman Osborn and Dr. Angst so that no one would find his identity as the original Green Goblin. This construct started to see Norman as his "father" and believed himself to be like Harry Osborn.[1]
In the end, the construct decomposed as the Goblin Formula ate away at him before he could get a stabilizing formula, with his eyes, skin, and other parts of his body falling apart.[1]Attributes
