Glastonbury Tor is a hill near Glastonbury in the English county of Somerset, topped by the roofless St Michael's Tower. Standing high above the surrounding countryside is the mythic Glastonbury Tor. Legends have named it the fabled Avalon, final resting place of King Arthur.[1] It is a symbolic site in the Earth realm.[2] It is a permanent portal providing access between Earth and Otherworld.[3][4]

Joseph of Arimathea an Apostle of Jesus Christ travelled to Glastonbury Tor with the Holy Grail. This was one of the most religious important artifact held in high praise throughout the Christian world. It was the cup which Jesus supposedly drank from at the Last Supper and the cup used by Joseph to capture the blood of Christ at the crucifixion after being stabbed by the Spear of Destiny. It is said whom ever drank from the vessel would gain eternal youth.[5]

It was said to have been the final resting place of King Arthur and the King of Elves resides beneath the mound. It was a site of religious worship through the centuries.[1]

Modern Age[]

It was the battle ground between Ghost Rider and the demon Zarathos.[1]

Loki Leah destroyed various landmarks across the UK including St Michael's Tower a top Glastonbury Tor to destroy the link to the Otherworld.[4]
