History
Giles McHeath was a veteran officer of the RCMP who upon retiring formed his own counter-terrorism organization. He used his resources to acquire a suit of armor that enabled him to become the vigilante Scourge.
McHeath systematically hunted and slaid members of Cell Combattre with the unwitting help of Alpha Flight. He was soon arrested for his crimes.
