History

Ghost was an unidentified man who was an agent of Howard Stark Senior, Tony's supposedly dead grandfather. Howard had Ghost steal secret information belonging to Tony, a cube that supposedly contained great secrets to behind Tony's technology. When they opened it, it was discovered to be the remains of a dead Tony Stark of another universe, Earth-242. This particular dead Stark possessed a very unique self-defense system within its alien tech that disables machinery nearby. Apparently Ghost was another human that depended on Iron Man-tech to stay alive and Ghost along with Howard died moments after understanding its nature.[1]

Attributes

Abilities

The Ghost, as his name implies, is an expert on stealth, enhanced further by stolen Stark Industries Iron Man technology. He is able to scrambled and remain undetected by both radar, motion sensors, and radar paint, despite Stark staring right at him, using a combination of his Phasing Unit and a stolen Iron Man Onboard Stealth Suite. The only thing he cannot avoid is a special Exotic and trackable radiation that Stark sprayed him with in one of their encounters, allowing him to be followed.

Complementing his status as a thief, he is able to generate a "Hyersphere" from his gauntlet that allows him to secure and hide things he stole within the fifth dimension, preventing them from being stolen back.

His shown armament includes flight capabilities, energy weaponry in his gauntlets, a defensive force field he can activate, and various ports for a micromunition spread; dropping hundreds and thousands of small, spherical explosives for wide-scale area of effect damage.

His most infamous capability, however, is his Phasing Unit, a technology so rare that not even Stark has one of them. The Phasing Unit, as its name implies, allows the user to enter a state that makes them phase through both solid objects and walls and attacks such as energy weaponry.

Weaknesses

Dependent on his technology to keep himself alive

Trivia

According to Howard Stark Senior, he doesn't talk much but apparently has a "funny" accent.
