HistoryEdit

A police inspector with the Scotland Yard, he would interrogate Frank Drake, Rachel van Helsing and Taj Nitall on the scene where Dracula had killed a night porter in order to regain his coffin.

Initially not believing the groups story that it was done by a vampire, soon began to believe their story when the porter would rise as a vampire. Since then, Inspector Chelm would be a supporter of this group of vampire hunters and would help provide them with information and support from the Scotland Yard in trying to rid London of the scourge of Dracula.
