Gamora[src]

History

Bionically and genetically augmented by Thanos himself, Gamora is possibly the greatest assassin the galaxy has ever known. Having broken away from Thanos' control, she is now an essential member of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Guardians of the Galaxy[]

When Nebula and Ronan came to Earth looking for Thane, Gamora and the Guardians aided S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Alliance against the villains.

At first, Gamora confronted Black Dwarf. Though she managed to emerge victorious, she still wasn't able to cut Black Dwarf's skin, which led her to losing a bet against Rocket Raccoon. Gamora refused to pay him.

A while after that, Gamora confronted Supergiant and the Hulk, who was under the influence of Supergiant. However, she ran away before Gamora or S.H.I.E.L.D. could capture her, but let the Hulk out of her influence in the process.

Once the Guardians let Ronan and Nebula go for Ronan's help against the Incursions in the Savage Land, S.H.I.E.L.D. informed them that Nova Corps had an arrest warrant out for all of them, for letting Ronan and Nebula walk away. However, the Guardians fled once S.H.I.E.L.D. decided not to bring them in due to their help on containing the threats of Ronan, Nebula, and the Black Order.[1]
