Synopsis for "Maneuvering for Position"
In the Gulf of Mexico, Cobra Mambas attack Captain Minh's boat, but Fred VII, disguised as Cobra Commander, shoots down one of the Mambas, lets another get taken down by a nearby A.S.P., and lands on Cobra Island claiming to be the commander. Meanwhile, in Utah, Crankcase brings new arrivals to The Pit, which Leatherneck criticizes, and Chuckles and Psyche-Out find suspicious track prints.
Back on Cobra Island, "Cobra Commander" is locked into a helicopter with the Baroness to reveal his face. Fred shows his true face, but the Baroness declares herself his partner and reveals the true Cobra Commander. In France, Scarlett, Snake-Eyes, and the Blind Master are pursued by French gangsters who mistake them for diamond smugglers.
In Utah, Chuckles and Psyche-Out return to the barracks to find several Joes drinking Yo-Jo Cola, looking grimy and sweaty, as if they have been digging a mine shaft.
