Synopsis for "Celebration"
The Joes are preparing for the opening ceremony, but catering is a problem as none of the cooks have clearance for entering the Pit. Scarlett talks to Snake-Eyes, Airborne, and Spirit in the infirmary. Meanwhile, Spirit, Ripcord, and Blowtorch are on Staten Island, where Spirit confronts a Fred lookalike, and all three Joes pursue him.
In Springfield, Billy is being prepared for assassinating Cobra Commander by Major Bludd, while the Baroness checks the stadium's security. At the mall, the Brocas drive off, and the Joes ask Bongo to pursue the blue car. In the Springfield stadium, Cobra Commander delivers a speech, and the Cobra Youth Brigades march forward, including Billy with the gun hidden in a bouquet of flowers. Meanwhile, the Joes return to the Pit, and General Austin promotes several original Joes, but the troops are not pleased. At the junkyard, Ripcord meets Bongo, who asks for dinner and introduces herself as "Bongo."
