History

This building is located in the heart of New York's financial district. A half-century ago, the building was home to some of the most prestigious brokerage houses and law firms in the country, if not the world. Now, after its conversion to a luxury apartment co-op, it houses the rich, and super rich. While Reed and Sue Richards were attending a charity party hosted by Nguyen Ngoc Coy, accompanied by Ben Grimm and Alicia Masters, Spider-Man attempted to kidnap Leong and Nga. Confronted by the Fantastic Four, he was eventually defeated by Tran Coy Manh^[1].
