HistoryEdit

Presumably, the past history of Frederick Dukes mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart. In recent history, he had either willingly or was tricked into joining the Hydra, a biological creature created by President Norman Osborn to crush his opponents. Like everyone who joined the Hydra, their bodies were taken over by the entity and they were killed. Presumably, the Blob's soul was transported to the Realm of the Dead, a repository of dead souls created by the Elders of the Universe to collect the fragmented parts of the multiverse.
The Blob's body would join the Hydra in it's occupation of New York, bringing it into combat with the Iron Avengers, and later the Skull's invading army. Surviving the attack by the Skull, the Blob's body would be one of the many Hydra's present when Captain America banished them all to Limbo with ROM's blaster.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit

Powers

Presumably, the Blob had the same powers and abilities as his Earth-616 counterpart. When his body was possessed by the Hydra, it presumably retained all it's mutant abilities. If it gained any abilities, it presumably added regenerative powers, as the Hydra's have seemingly been killed when attacked by the Skull's army, but miraculously were restored and seem operating some three years later.
