History
Nova's history is presumably similar to her Earth-616 counterpart's except that she remained Galactus' Herald. 100 million years into the future, Nova and Galactus began investigating the sudden dying of galaxies all across the universe. Nova was sent to Earth by Galactus and discovered that humankind had died off. She also found a robot named Shakespeare who was apparently unaware that humans had become extinct. After Galactus arrived, he consumed the planet but spared Shakespeare and a ruined Earth after Nova asked him to. Nova and Galactus continued investigating the dying of the universe. Nova eventually learned that the Watcher Ecce was responsible by transporting galaxies in a web-like tapestry to protect them after going mad from letting Galactus live instead of killing him. Galactus battled Ecce for a thousand years and eventually defeated him. Galactus then broke his armor and released all the energy he had consumed for billions of years, initiating a new Big Bang and creating a new universe. Nova survived the Big Bang and became the new Galactus for the reborn universe.[1][2]
