HistoryEdit

Felix is the former legal counsel to Anthony Stark and Stark Enterprises. He replaced the fired Bert Hindel shortly after the Armor Wars. During this time, Alvarez was instrumental in handling civil suits and other charges by the government filed against Anthony Stark and his alter ego/"employee" Iron Man. Alvarez was also legal counseled during a later period when Stark was seriously wounded and incapacitated from a bullet fired by Kathy Dare.
