History
Fascination is one of a group of parahuman mercenaries who operate across the multiverse and throughout time. She originated as a loom-born Gallifreyan.[1] Under the name Scatterbrain, she encountered Captain Britain as part of the Technet.[2]
The Technet encountered Captain Britain on several subsequent occasions, and have also clashed with Excalibur[3] and the Fantastic Four.[4]
Later in her own timeline (but earlier from a linear perspective), Scatterbrain would become known as Fascination and work for Wardog's Special Executive. She was first seen as one of the Special Executive members sent to Earth-616 to abduct Captain Britain on the orders of Saturnyne, and the Special Executive subsequently fought The Fury alongside both Saturnyne and the Captain.[5]

Powers
- Neural Synaptic Displacement: Fascination has the power to render a victim temporarily helpless by firing all of the victim's neural synapses at once. She apparently needs to be close to her victim in order to do this.[7]
- Self-Propelled Flight: Fascination has the ability to fly, and in fact usually floats above the ground, her feet not touching it.[7]
- Teleportation: Fascination has the power to teleport herself.[7]
- Longevity: Fascination appears to be extremely long lived, but it is unknown if she is immortal or not.
- Empathic Consumption: She subsists on the excess emotional energy of sentient beings.[7]
