The entity known as Epoch is the daughter of the cosmic entity once known as Eon, and took over Eon's role as the sponsoring entity of the Protectors of the Universe when she died. Epoch required Quasar's help to hatch from her egg, due to Thanos' interference with Eon's body, and thus womb.
Notes
- While Epoch's first appearance was in Infinity Gauntlet #2, her first chronological appearance was in Quasar #27, which was released two months later.
