History

Electro formed the Emmisaries of Evil with revenge in mind to battle Daredevil. He believed that Daredevil would be no match for the five team members he enlisted and that together they could surely defeat him. In creating the team he contacted the European branch of the Maggia to get hold of the Gladiator. Electro also rescued the Stilt-Man after a recent battle left his electrical systems in his armour shorted out. ^[1] Electro was able to restore Stilt-Man's armour through an artificial Electrical Storm. Other members he recruited were the Matador and the Leap-Frog. Unfortunately in their first encounter with Daredevil they were defeated.
