History
Emery Arceneaux was thrown out of his house in the Louisiana bayou by his Aunt Antoinelle when she caught him putting on a supervillain costume.
The next day, Gambit came across him robbing a bank, and, after a short fight, convinced Emery that he was simply confused and trying to leave an impression on the world. Emery agreed to turn himself in, but, as he dropped his force field, he was gunned down by police.
