History

Never has Spider-Man faced a more vicious foe than the super-brute known as Venom, a man whose intense hatred for the wall-crawler is matched only by the power of the alien symbiote to which he's bonded![1]

Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects

At the underground laboratory of the Avengers compound, Venom observes the computer's data concerning the neck device that's been altering heroes.

  • The Pit: At Avengers Mansion, Venom is attacked by the aliens as he makes his escape.
Reward: For beating Storm's first mission, the player is awarded the Venom Card.
  • Seek And Devour: Attracted by the power emanating from the alien devices, Venom arrives at the Bridge. He must destroy all the enemies using any means possible.
Reward: For beating Venom's second mission, the player is awarded the Turlin Neural Override Card.
  • Fatal Heat: Venom has tracked the aliens to their base at the Power Plant. He must defeat Solara and capture the crystal machine.
Solara: "Well, look who's come to the wrong place at the wrong time. You're going to regret that."
Venom: "You! You dare to challenge me?!"
Solara: "If you're not worried about me now, wait until you see what I can do with this." Solara puts on the Turlin Neural Override.
Solara: "(Gasp) The power!" (She shoots a fireball at Venom, who dodges) "Things are about to get really hot in here big boy!" Solara turns on a nearby furnace, recharging her power within the flames during battle. In the end Venom defeats her, and Solara flees.
Venom: (as he puts on the Override)"Ohh yes! AhahaHAHA! Now, let's see if I can find, my old friend!
Reward: For beating Venom's third mission, the player is awarded the Solara Card, and unlocks Solara & Venom as playable characters.
  • Wanton Destruction: Venom must destroy 35 items in 3 minutes.
  • Rise And Fall: Venom must defeat 12 enemies with a ringout.
  • Lethal Toxin: As Venom makes his way towards the alien headquarters to steal their power source, he is met by an opponent even deadlier than he. Hazmat defeats him, and Venom joins Roekel's minions.
