HistoryEdit

He was the Mayor of New York City in 1979. As per his responsability, he impounded Iron Man Armor MK V as the homicidal weapon to kill the Ambassador of the Republic of Carnelia.^[1] Once Iron Man's name was cleared of charges, Koch returned the Armor to its owner Anthony Stark.^[2]

Koch's promises included increasing the security in the subway.^[3]
