History
A reality with an alternate socio-political history where the continent of North America is the origin point for most modern civilization while Europe is the "wild, untamed frontier". This change is apparently reflected in the world's geography, as the area of London is shown to be an arid landscape typical of Hollywood presentations of the American west.
This world was once visited by the team of super-heroes called Excalibur while they were on their Cross-Time Caper. After an unrevealed series of misadventures, which resulted in Alistair Stuart having to be rescued from a band of Native Londoners, the displaced band of super-heroes returned to their train, recharged Widget, and fled to the next bizarre reality.Notes
- As part of their misadventures on Earth-89130, Captain Britain and Phoenix evidently had to assume identities as a masked lawman and his buckskin-wearing native sidekick. This is an obvious reference to multi-media fictional icons, the Lone Ranger and Tonto, co-created by Fran Striker and George W. Trindle.
- Other unrevealed details of Excalibur's escapade entailed Shadowcat having to dress up in a bison costume, Meggan assuming the form of a 'kappa'-like frog creature, and Nightcrawler passing himself off as a saloon hostess, during which he danced with the Captain.
