Alternate Universe to Earth-1610 where the Fantastic Four changed history, resulting in a world where Thor is president of the United States, and everyone on earth has Super Powers.

In this universe, Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Victor van Damme never gained powers through a failed experiment, but rather they, as well as the rest of the world, were granted powers by ingesting special Skrull Pills, provided by an alien race known as the Skrulls. Ben Grimm was the only human being on earth who chose to remain powerless.
