History

The Power Prism was a crystal apparently of Skrull construction. It was able to manipulate a form of multicolored light energy depending on the user's willpower. It was given to Joe Ledger by Skymax as thanks.

The Grandmaster apparently formed his own version, a sentient one due to a Skrull being trapped inside, and gave it to Dr. Kinji Obatu. It was destroyed by Thor and Iron Man.

The Wasp was briefly possessed during an attempt to recreate the prism.

Another female Doctor Spectrum was encountered by the Thunderbolts. According to her account, she simply 'woke up' with the Prism. Giving the reemergence of the Squadron Sinister, it was likely this was another plot of the Grandmaster.
