History

Dexam was a citizen of Homeworld whose limbs were harvested in Baron Karza's Body Banks. Rebuilt as a cyborg after being rescued by the Micronauts, Dexam joined their ranks, but eventually tired of a life of altruism and turned to fraud along with a female accomplice, the sorceress Visalia. Their plans were thwarted by Captain Marvel (Genis).
