History

Meeting of Powers.

This Helicarrier, an aircraft carrier specifically designed to be itself capable of independent powered flight in addition to the standard functions of aircraft carriers, constructed by Department H to house their own intelligence/defense agency, their agents and the hero team, Omega Flight. They later rendezvoused with S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers to try to find out what happened and maybe contain the situation regarding the origin site in Regina, Canada.
