History

The original Department H facility was located in an underground facility beneath Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ontario. Facilities included multiple levels, training facilities, living accomadations and research stations.

When Department H was first disbanded by the Canadian government, this facility was shut down. It was re-used temporarily in the time before the new facility by Alpha Flight.
