Powers

Demeter possesses the conventional attributes of an Olympian:

Superhuman Strength: Demeter possesses superhuman strength equal to that of the average Asgardian female and can lift about 25 tons.

Superhuman Speed: Demeter is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than that of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Stamina: Demeter's musculature produces considerably less fatigue toxins than the musculature of human beings. Her stamina is equivalent to the average Olympian and she can exert herself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before fatige impairs her.

Superhumanly Dense Tissue: The skin, muscle, and bone tissues of Demeter's body has about 3 times the density of the same tissue in the body of a human. This contributes, somewhat, to her superhuman strength and weight.

Superhuman Durability: Demeter's body is considerably more resistant to injury than the body of a human. She can withstand great impact forces, temperature and pressure extremes, and powerful energy blasts without sustaining injury.

Regenerative Healing Factor: If injured, Demeter is capable of recovering fully with superhuman levels of speed and efficiency. The exact extent of her healing powers isn't known, but is believed to be about average for an Olympian.

Immortality: Demeter is functionally immortal. She is immune to the degenerative effects of aging and hasn't aged since reaching adulthood. She is also immune to all known Earthly diseases and infections. However, this doesn't mean that she can't be killed.

Energy Manipulation: She also has various mystical power primarily to control the harvesting of plants especially, but not limited, to grain. It has been theorized that her emotions are in tune to the harvest and that they are bountiful when she is happy, and that drought occurs when she unhappy. She can also cross dimensional barriers between worlds and alter her form to appear as an elderly old woman. She can invoke curses as when she cursed King Erysichthon in ancient times with insatiable hunger and endow mystical ability in sorcerers and mystics that know how to call upon her.

Notes

Demeter has not yet made an actual appearance in the Marvel Universe; she has been alluded to in two storylines.
