Death Ninja is not human, but posed as one of Deathwatch's men to get close to Ghost Rider on orders from his unrevealed master. When Ghost Rider killed him^[1], he didn't die but came back cursed from his master. His orders are to bring Ghost Rider to his master, or he can never die a true death.
