Synopsis for "Trumps"

Daredevil busts up the Trump's gang during a gun theft who abandon their loot after their fight with him. Daredevil works with Ben Urich to establish Trump’s true identity.

Meanwhile, Foggy interviews Stymie Schmidt, the man accused of driving the getaway truck when Matt arrives and is recognized by the man as a childhood bully he grew up with. Foggy wants to toss the case to a public defender but Matt insists they take it. Trump’s crew is worried about Schmidt informing on them but Trump ensures them that he’ll be taken care of.

Matt visits Schmidt in lockup but arrives after he’s been attacked and has gone in to cardiac arrest. He performs CPR on Schmidt and rushes off after he recovers, donning his Daredevil costume and seeking out Trump. He fights with Trump but loses him in a crowd after Trump says he knows of one place where he can find more guns.

Foggy sniffs around Matt’s childhood haunts seeking to understand his desire to defend Schmidt while Daredevil breaks up Trump’s crew robbing a shipment of weapons to an off-Broadway theater. He battles Trump again and finally subdues him. The police arrive to arrest Trump’s crew.

Later, Foggy confronts Matt about taking Schmidt’s case and accuses him of conflict of interest and assumes Matt seeks to sabotage the case. Matt insists that that isn’t the truth before eventually breaking down. He returns the jail to tell Schmidt that he isn’t taking his case.
